Ferma Penteleu S.R.L. processes the data provided by you in order to:

• providing hotel and tourism services;
• making reservations through the online or offline reservation systems used by Ferma Penteleu;
• completing the accommodation form and performing the payment formalities;
• sending/receiving advertising and marketing offers;

3. Use of data

S.C Ferma Penteleu S.R.L. administers and uses the personal data received in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. Any financial data collected is used exclusively for the processing of payments authorized through the online booking service. Using strict internal procedures based on the regulations of law no. 677/2001 supplemented and amended by Law no. 506/2004, we take care that the personal data collected are not used for purposes other than those for which you have given your consent. The data will not be disclosed to anyone, except the authorized bodies (Police, SRI, etc.) based on a written request, in accordance with the legislation in force.

The data collected through our website are automatically retained in the internal IT system and can be accessed by our employees only on the basis of username and password.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be attempted first, within 30 working days of the registration of the complaint at our headquarters. If an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, the jurisdiction of the court in Buzau will be considered.

7. Rates

The rates displayed on the website are room rates per stay of 3 or 4 nights as well as full board rates per stay of 3 or 4 nights and include VAT. The rates are in euros and are calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of invoicing or payment. We can confirm your reservation only if you give us all the requested information and pay the requested advance. Please ensure that all your personal details are correct. The reservation can be canceled without penalty 10 days before the arrival date. In case of no-show or late cancellation Ferma Penteleu S.R.L. reserves the right, without prior notice, to withhold the advance payment.

9. Termination

The applicable law is Romanian law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled at the competent court at the headquarters of Ferma Penteleu S.R.L. You agree that any legal action arising from or in connection with the terms of this Agreement will be brought in the Romanian courts at the headquarters of Ferma Penteleu S.R.L.
