Reservations are made directly on the website, the advance invoice is issued automatically. Select your Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Sunday stay. Stays are a minimum of 2 nights in the off-season and 3 nights in the summer season.
A reservation is confirmed after the advance payment of 50% of the total stay or the full payment of the accommodation. You will receive a link to pay the entire stay by email.
Cancellations are free only if they are made at least 10 days before check-in.
The advance is retained in case of cancellation less than 10 days before check-in or in case of no-show.
Deposits carried over from previous stays are valid for one year and are forfeited in the event of cancellation.
In the event of unforeseen medical situations requiring cancellation less than 10 days in advance, a voucher for future bookings will be issued for 70% of the deposit. The remaining 30% is non-refundable and cannot be recovered.
Payment for the stay is made on the day of check-out with cash, OP or card.
Reservations through travel agencies on behalf of natural persons will be paid in full until the time of check-in.
In exceptional situations beyond our control or that of our guests (such as extreme weather phenomena, natural disasters, or road blockages), the stay may be rescheduled within 12 months from the original date, subject to availability.

You are also welcome before 3 p.m., you can also stay after the checkout time. The common spaces and the restaurant are open for you. The hours of taking over and handing over the rooms are strictly related to the cleaning and maintenance schedule.
Guests can find us on waze and can reach the farm premises by any car. The last 6 km are unpaved, with gravel. Walk carefully. The parking lot has spaces available for each family staying.
Bedding and towels will be changed free of charge after 3 days of accommodation and whenever you consider necessary for a fee (list of reception rates).
To keep the interior spaces (rooms and playgrounds) clean, we provide you with disposable boots and room slippers.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen, meals are served in the restaurant. Access with food and drinks from outside the guesthouse is not allowed. The exception is guests with special diets.

The food is prepared taking into account the season, local ingredients. It is freshly cooked, without additives and taste enhancers.
During this time, meals are served buffet-style. Outside the announced hours, lunch can be served subject to availability.
Drink orders are placed at the bar, and beverages are to be picked up by the customer from the bar. Beverage consumption is paid at the end of the stay on the basis of the order slips signed by the customer. For your favorite wines we have a corkage fee of 5 euros.

There are no rate reductions for guests who do not serve meals from the full board or do not participate in activities.
Pets are not accepted inside the Farm. They can interact in an undesirable way with the Farm’s animals and with the other guests.
Our location is isolated and has no GSM coverage. For (urgent) communications, we have satellite internet connection in certain areas.
The rooms are not equipped with TV. You can watch your favorite shows on the TV located in the guest room.
Open fire is strictly prohibited. The campfire is made in a specially arranged place and supervised by the staff of the Farm.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor spaces where ashtrays are located. Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
Supervision of children is necessary throughout your stay. We do not assume responsibility for incidents resulting from negligence. We do not have staff dedicated to supervising children.
We want a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere to which each of us contributes.
We appeal to your kindness and ask you to supervise the children throughout the stay. We would be grateful if you could guide them to a behavior that would not disturb the rest of the restaurant’s guests, as quietly and respectfully as possible to the objects and decor in the premises.
We reserve the right to refuse guests who have undesirable behavior or are intoxicated.
Spa – We provide guests with a spa with hot water and a sauna for a fee.
Access is based on reservation at the reception at least 4 hours before. You will receive a robe and slippers. You can spend relaxation sessions in this area dedicated to adults 90 minutes/session.
The use of the sauna and the hot tub is done after showering beforehand and in a bathing suit.
